Great experience! Alex is super responsive via email or text or phone. He had no problems doing numerous little fixes such as taking down some old light fixtures and patching them up or even fixing my dryer vent. He had no problem repainting my trim after the color I chose didn't look as good. Lastly, he even offered to come back and touch up my rain gutters after my roof gets redone in a few weeks. A while back I asked for recommendations for a painter on a recommendation page of Facebook. This page came through with a ton of recommendations, so grateful for that! We held off due to weather but the house is now done. Friday pressure wash Mon, Tues and Wed facia repair and paint. Two coats, back rolled each coat, 3 colors and WOW! These guys and gals worked hard! The attention to detail was incredible! Alex and his crew were on time everyday, cleaned up after each day and just went above and beyond my expectations. Alex and his crew finished painting our home today. What a wonderful job they did. Our home looks much better than when we moved in so many years ago.Alex was more than helpful as my wife and I settled on color and paint type. Alex finished our garage by hanging drywall, tape and mud, then priming and painting. He also applied epoxy and flakes to our garage floor. I hired Velasco's Painting to paint the entire interior of my house. Alex Velasco conducted a thorough a walk thru to understand the scope of the job, answered all my questions (and some I didn't know I had) and delivered an estimate promptly. He and his team including Santiago and Victor were very professional. They did a great job and took great care of our belongings that all had to be moved out of the way. I’m a real estate broker working in Sacramento. I hired Velasco’s painting, as recommended by Home Depot, to install new epoxy flooring in my client’s two car garage. Alex, the owner of the company and a licensed California contractor, quoted a reasonable price. Alex and his assistant always showed up on time. Most importantly, he installed a beautiful epoxy floor for my client. He even helped at no extra charge to disconnect, move out and reconnect a large washer and dryer in the garage. I recommend his work and his professionalism very highly.
We just had the whole interior of our house painted. Alex does a superior job and is very easy to work with. He was so polite and accommodating to our needs. He even did some extra little things for us, like painting a part of the outside wall that was re-stuccoed after a remodel and painting our front door. He came to work on time and made great progress each day always cheerful and committed to doing an excellent job. His pricing was very fair and he has integrity. Had Alex come to paint and repair all my south-facing exteriors. He and his crew did an excellent job. They uncovered additional issues associated with water that had rotted and damaged my siding and other issues with my windows. They were able to address all problems and still stayed on schedule. Great communicator and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
